We welcome kids of all ages here at Wynwood Hair Co., our only requirement is the child is able to sit in the chair by themselves without the assistance from their parent. This is a safety precaution and absolutely mandatory.

Our team here at Wynwood Hair Co. offers no cancellation fees up to 12 hours before appointment time. Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time will incur a mandatory fee of 50% of the service price.

We offer a 24 Hour window to be able to change/cancel or modify your appointment. Exceptions of any type may be granted or accommodated under managements discretion. This includes late/no show charges.

Pretty much all we're asking of you is to be courteous of our stylists time. We do our best to run on time here and you being late or not giving us enough of a heads up can wreak havoc on our day. We understand certain unforeseeable situations happen, we are human beings here and will definitely do our best to accommodate you if possible. Repeat offenders will not be accommodated whatsoever. Management makes the final call. Our number 1 priority is communication.

We want you to enjoy our shop! We collaborate on the music selection, decor, ambiance, etc. So we do kindly ask that our guests refrain from Facetime, Speakerphone, or Zoom calls when in our waiting area or in the chair during a service. Please help us to create a fun and engaging environment for all of our clients, and schedule those calls for right after your service is complete.
